Real Geeks
An integrated IDX website, CRM, communication tools, marketing automation, and optional done-for-you campaigns.
FULL DESCRIPTION
What Real Geeks actually provides
Real Geeks packages a branded IDX website and CRM as the core, then offers managed search, social, seller, and AI text add-ons. Because the base platform and several add-ons have published starting prices, buyers can build a clearer all-in budget than they can with many sales-led platforms.
How it fits into day-to-day work
Start with site, MLS, routing, and follow-up fundamentals before adding every campaign. The daily system is straightforward: capture or import a contact, surface activity in the CRM, trigger appropriate communication, and assign a human next step. Review add-ons individually so media and software do not blur together.
What the team must be ready to operate
Name an implementation owner and a sales-process owner. Configure the smallest required workflow first, test it end to end, then add automation. A large feature list has little value if agents bypass the CRM, routing fails, or managers cannot trust the reporting.
How to evaluate the economics
Separate software, onboarding, media, usage, optional services, and internal labor. Then measure cost per qualified conversation and closed client by channel, while also monitoring CRM adoption, response time, and database reactivation.
- Before launch: write down the source, promised unit, complete cost, team owner, response standard, and current baseline.
- During setup: test routing, permissions, integrations, exports, reporting, and the exact handoff to a person.
- Every week: review delivery, data quality, conversations, appointments, spend, and unresolved follow-up.
- At 90 days: compare signed clients and realistic pipeline value with all cash and labor invested in Real Geeks.
Contract, data, and exit checks
Before committing to Real Geeks, put the full term, automatic renewal, cancellation window, fee changes, territory rules, replacement policy, support level, and every included service in writing. Confirm who owns contacts, activity history, recordings, websites, campaign audiences, phone numbers, and creative. Ask which information can be exported in a usable format, what stops working at cancellation, how long data remains available, and whether any transition support is included.
